How fast are orders shipped?
We ship most orders within 1-2 business days.
Do you offer faster shipping?
Yes, on select products. Please email jordenne@ncpaints.com for a custom shipping quote.
Can I call ahead and place my order
Yes, calling ahead is encouraged. You may be asked for a credit card if the order is large or you are a first time customer.
What is the FREE SAMPLE offer for new customers?
All new customers are offered a free sample. If this is your first purchase then the promotion is a buy one get one free.
Do you offer color matching and stain matching?
Yes. Please provide a sample if possible. If we are matching a stain please provide a sample of the wood we are putting the stain on.
