The 3900 Evergreen Line is an ultra-premium, low odor 100% acrylic
eggshell enamel designed for use on properly prepared interior walls and
ceilings of plaster, wallboard, masonry surfaces and non-ferrous metal.
#3900 produces a soft, pleasing appearance and is a highly washable,
cleanable finish. #3900 is a stain, scuff and burnish resistant eggshell
finish which makes it ideal for hard service areas. In most instances this
high solids, high hiding product will cover in one coat³, except when
there is a drastic color change. One of the best features of this product
is the outstanding touch-up. The #3900 line also has good flow and
leveling, ultra-low VOC*, and is non-splattering. The #3900 Line imparts
both excellent flexibility and exceptional resistance to cracking and
blistering. Being 100% acrylic, 3900 has excellent adhesion over most
substrates compared to vinyl type paints.
