Romabio Decorative Topcoat Flat - 2.5L

Description

    Romabio Decorative Topcoat Flat is a polyurethane, water-based, ZERO VOC, clear finish for protecting interior and exterior surfaces applied with Romabio Classico Limewash, Velatura Mineralwash, Venetian Glaze, and Italian Slaked-Lime Plasters (not for use on High Gloss Grassello or Marmorino Satin). It also works on other water based paints and enamels, creating a washable coating that won't yellow. Decorative Topcoat Flat dries very fast to a flat finish and creates a washable top layer that resists stains and makes maintenance easier. It may make lighter colors appear darker and very dark colors appear lighter. Test a small area to check color and finish. 

    APPLICATION & COVERAGE

    • PREP Make sure the surface is dry and free from debris, salts, wax, oils, flaking and dust.
    • READY TO USE Product comes ready and does NOT need to be diluted. It can be diluted up to 10% but it is recommended the first coat be UNDILUTED.
    • COATS 1-2 Coats
    • TOOLS Apply with a brush, roller or sprayer
    • DRY TIME Allow 2 Hours drying time between coats
    • COVERAGE 325-375 SQFT
    • For EXTERIOR OR HORIZONTAL SURFACES - add a 2nd or 3rd coat. 

    MAINTENANCE 

    After a 7-day curing period, clean surface with a damp cloth when needed. Use a mild, neutral detergent (free from denatured alcohol) and water only if necessary. Avoid abrasives. 

    APPLICATION TEMPERATURE

    Should not be less than 50*F and not above 88*F.
